Maintaining a daily courteous tone and attitude will be the best way to succeed.
In the Business environment...
Avoid being sarcastic or using expressions such as "you should", "you must" or "you have to", because it will help to inform, persuade and create goodwill. Let's say for example that you are dealing with customers, whether by phone or person; try to keep cool, use polite phrases, such as "I would be happy to assist you", "Thank you for being so patient".
Do not forget that even if you feel anger, frustration or infuriated using a courteous language in your career or personal life will be the key to have successful relationships.
