EXPRESSING POSITIVELY

Expressing positively is not only having a positive and optimistic attitude; is also avoiding negative words while communicating an information,

thus the clarity, tone and effectiveness of a message will be pleasant to read, rather than negative language does.

"Positive language creates goodwill and gives more options to readers..." (Business Communication 5th Edition)
